Jamison was extremely helpful. I have been calling other places in preparation for a future need of storage. Jamison took the time to answer all of my questions and did so in a friendly and professional manner. I will definitely be renting from here in the future.

Me and my mom had a storage here for a few years and never had any complaints. The employees are friendly and the grounds are kept clean.

The woman that helped me was very sweet, thorough and quick. I was in and out if there in 15 minutes. Price are fairly reasonable compared to other storage facilities. Grounds are very clean.

I recently inquired and rented a storage unit for some items. I originally reserved a smaller space and realized that I needed a larger space. Erin was very pleasant and nice and was able to accommodate my request right away. She was extremely professional, she made my transaction effortless. I highly recommend renting a space from this location on Washington Avenue in San Leandro. The customer service is awesome and they take pride in the work they do.
I rented space at this facility for years. Just moved out. Want to say it is a very nice facility and the staff are very pleasant. I want to single out Jamison Morris. He is extremely professional and most pleasant young man.
I met maneger Jim other day he is friendly took time and show me offers . Very nice young guy! They don't force buy lock if we have already steady one place is clean and nice . I probably soon need this space for emergency moving reason I like to pick this spot . Highly recommended .
Jamison and Magda are the best!!!! Super friendly and knowledgable. The place is very clean, new, and secure!
