Great experience. Reserved online and finished in store so I could check out the place before finalizing. Pat helped me through the process, answered questions, offered options and showed me around. The process was clear, well thought out and I knew exactly what to do. The place is clean and maintained and I feel satisfied leaving my property here until I need it. Highly recommend.

After researching several local storage options, I found that Extra Space Storage offered the best prices and convenient drive-up access, even for a smaller 5x10 unit. The on-site manager, Pat, has been very helpful and welcoming. So far, my experience has been positive.

The staff here was so helpful. I was renting a storage unit for 1 month. It was so easy! They answered all my questions and were very friendly. Highly recommend!!
Just moved in, to make room in cluttered garage and sort junk out. The whole process was EXTREMELY pleasant. I first called (no web reservation), and the girl was helpful to figure out whether to take advantage of the 1st month free or lock the "discounted forever price". Best storage experience I've ever had. I've worked with a few other companies and always found them to be rude and try to take advantage of their customers. All the people I talked to at Extra Space were kind, helpful, and made the process so smooth. The cancellation process was very forgiving and they didn't nickel and dime me for staying 3 extra days. All the units at this location are drive-up and that was so so so convenient. I will 100% use this facility again if needed.
