My family has rented here before and had very positive interactions with staff. The units are clean and the facility is well lit and secure. I rented a unit via the online portal this morning and was in by 3pm. Staff was great and guided me through the process and showed concern about working in the 100+ degree heat. Highly recommend.

Extra Space storage is fantastic. I love the digital code to enter it's so convenient and the office folks especially Melissa have been helpful any time I've needed anything.
Melissa is an amazing help. I wasn't able to get right over to the unit. They put a lock on the unit and held the keys for me. We went in today, and she had everything ready.
