Already reviewed Sarah but I think I forgot to mention Kevin , the Manager, that he actually gave me a lock when he felt that I was having difficulty getting a new one , he was really helpful ...i will definitely store again on their storage

Sarah was willing and available I was in and out in 30 min. Yes so bring your own lock and key I needed some extra space because I'll be selling my home soon and there is a lot of clutter so I'm just going to get a 5 x 5 storage for the price of $43 a month which sounds great however the property requires that you have their insurance which is an additional $14 per month so I felt like it was a little misleading and false advertisement because on the front of the building it clearly states that you can get the first month... read more

The facility itself is very clean and well-managed. The staff are great and very helpful. However, the corporate advertising of "First Month Free" is suspect. They clearly advertise on a banner "First Month Free" Ask the Managers for Details and when you ask they tell you, your particular unit does not qualify for this promotion. So, this is why I'm giving them only three stars. I wonder if any unit qualifies for this promotion?

Rent got doubled in a few months. Never got a notice that this would happen so I'm assuming it was in the fine print. If you are planning on renting space here please take that into account.

We just started renting a unit here at the end of November 2022. We were paying $100.00. Just got a notice the rent is going up to $180.00 in March.This seems unreasonable on any level! Be aware, ir you're thinking about renting a space here. There reasoning is that it's what the market will bear. I'm so disappointed in this extra space storage, but renting another truck to move our things is more than we can do right now. My point... just because you CAN charge more it doesn't mean you should!

Rat and mouse poo and pee every where. Manager never on site. They won't do a thing to help with this problem. They won't even send emails to respond to you as they promise. Please don't put you things in here. I will post this every week because they did nothing to respond or help. This isnt all of the pictures.

I was looking for a clean, safe storage unit at a descent price and thought I found one with a nice discount. It's not the nearest, but the price was right, $46 per month, $14 insurance. I understand rents increase and expected it maybe in a year, perhaps 6 months. However, the rent was DOUBLED after 3 months to $92 per month starting NEXT month. We are having to find a new storage unit. Our storage space has been vomited on, our property has been messed with, and our property was broken into this week. We filled a police report. This storage has a problem with the homeless coming on to the property and Extra Space Storage is in no hurry in addressing the break-in issues they have. The manager wasn't helpful and seemed to circle around the issues and concerns. They dont have exceptional security as the manager Kevin B claims. They use the bait and switch method here. Get you in for a low, attractive price and then raise-raise-raise the price. I have experienced nothing but price increases since renting the space. And the price increases are high-like $11 a month. Go elsewhere!
