Rat and mouse poo and pee every where. Manager never on site. They won't do a thing to help with this problem. They won't even send emails to respond to you as they promise. Please don't put you things in here. I will post this every week because they did nothing to respond or help. This isnt all of the pictures.

I was looking for a clean, safe storage unit at a descent price and thought I found one with a nice discount. It's not the nearest, but the price was right, $46 per month, $14 insurance. I understand rents increase and expected it maybe in a year, perhaps 6 months. However, the rent was DOUBLED after 3 months to $92 per month starting NEXT month. We are having to find a new storage unit. Our storage space has been vomited on, our property has been messed with, and our property was broken into this week. We filled a police report. This storage has a problem with the homeless coming on to the property and Extra Space Storage is in no hurry in addressing the break-in issues they have. The manager wasn't helpful and seemed to circle around the issues and concerns. They dont have exceptional security as the manager Kevin B claims. They use the bait and switch method here. Get you in for a low, attractive price and then raise-raise-raise the price. I have experienced nothing but price increases since renting the space. And the price increases are high-like $11 a month. Go elsewhere!
