There is this lady who is very nice and helpful. She's always there in the mornings when I go drop off my stuff. This is a true safe space and very secure.

I would like to first start off by saying, Kenny was great. He helped us find a big enough unit while we were in between finding a house. He's an awesome sales person and his customer service skills are phenomenal. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because I thought the pricing for the units were a bit higher than their competitors and there were no military or AAA discounts. Other than that, I had a good experience.

I would highly recommend this if you need to store any storage. Guy at the front desk was very help and broke all the details down also answered all questions I had. Place was clean and cool environment.

Kenny was a great help for us as first time storage unit renters, 4 stars because we thought the unit's building would have AC and it didn't. Storage unit is a 5x8 and has very high ceilings.

So far so good!! I just recently returned to renting a storage unit from Extra Space after years of not having to. So far everything is going well for me at Mt . Vernon Ave. Colton, Ca location. They gave me a good internet rate of $47 for a 4X7, this is reasonable compared to most other facilities. However, I'm just hoping they don't raise the rate to ridiculous amounts as time goes on(this is what happened to me last time). Right now, I recommend this place if they leave my reasonable rate alone.

Martin was very helpful and quick,considering the amount of time I had to get a storage unit. I highly recommend this storage place. They take security extremely serious.

Had a family emergency needed to move right away talk to Amanda at front desk, we were interrupted five or six times due to babysitting my grandson each time Amanda was great, pleasant, understanding and extremely helpful she got me the right storage size had a great price extremely satisfied well definitely recommend to friends and family for future
