My storage unit was broken in twice within 3 months. They on purpose do not have surveillance cameras installed for the second floor units. Police officer told me that she came frequently to this storage because the units got broken in. I have reasons to believe this is the insider job.
Price was good at first but kept going up due to demand of the size of the unit. I finally got my stuff out of storage and notice that bugs/ termites were infested in 2 boxes eating away at any paper or cardboard. Bugs came from a crack in the floor. Luckily I had the insurance now let's see how that goes...
