I have been with the Storage company through various owners for the last 17 years. I had an experience yesterday that was so wonderful. There is an employee at the Clinton Avenue space named Brittny (I'm sorry if I'm spelling it wrong!) , and she was just the most pleasant, incredibly helpful person I've ever encountered there. She went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Truly wonderful. Thank you, Brittny!

As an update, I received a second market adjustment in less then one year at the location increasing the rate by another roughly 50%. The regular elevator was fixed which is nice. Again, great location, but as I reminded myself in the previous review expect fast and frequent "market price" increases. We ultimately decided to move out after the second adjustment and the move out was very smooth.

Jadira was the best. Super helpful, and polite. handled guests well and with a positive attitude even when they aren't giving it back. helped us move out of our unit smoothly and made it so easy to check out. She did us right.
