First time moving in here in May 2022 we were running late and had a truck full of stuff. Despite that they were so kind, inviting and genuinely pleasant people. Agree with the other comment, whoever did the hiring here did an incredible job, the employees are what made me decide to keep the unit here instead of moving to a unit that's closer to my new apartment.

Jeff killed it. Super friendly and super helpful. Made moving easy!!! It was a nightmare at other units. Doing great renovations here. Definitely a lot nicer as of recent.

Never tried calling or using their website, but in-person these people were extremely helpful and kind to me. Whoever hired the current staff has done a very good job. The prices are reasonable, for $25/month I got a 4'x4'x4' unit, which is a great deal comparing to what I used to pay in Manhattan. The layout of the building is extremely straight-forward: elevators, stairs, and just lanes of storage units... no labyrinth mazes at all!
Where to begin with the issues of this location- firstly and most importantly- the astronomical price increases. I have had my unit for a little over a year and have seen it jump from 280 to 440$!!!! That sort of predatory practice is insane and especially in light of the other issues of this location. There is construction that at one point completely stopped any access to the units, and then after backlash they opened unit access to be a generous TWO hours per day. How does one move out?
