Jeff killed it. Super friendly and super helpful. Made moving easy!!! It was a nightmare at other units. Doing great renovations here. Definitely a lot nicer as of recent.

Never tried calling or using their website, but in-person these people were extremely helpful and kind to me. Whoever hired the current staff has done a very good job. The prices are reasonable, for $25/month I got a 4'x4'x4' unit, which is a great deal comparing to what I used to pay in Manhattan. The layout of the building is extremely straight-forward: elevators, stairs, and just lanes of storage units... no labyrinth mazes at all!
Worst place had several items taken from my locker. I don't know how they got in. Very hard to reach extra space storage and the insurance company the work with is a joke. Find another place to put you stuff.

Horrible experience storing at this location (with both the space and the staff) - after multiple miscommunications about moving out of my unit, I was expecting a call back from staff re:procedure. I went in on the agreed upon day (with, as usual, a broken elevator) only to find that instead of calling me back, my unit had been sealed and they changed the lock (I did not owe any money). I'd rather drive twenty miles to where I'm moving my stuff to right now. Super dirty air inside that place. Gives me allergies and asthma when I go inside.

Dude. I got off the phone with this company just now and Kiaa was awful. Screaming and cursing at someone in the background while on the phone with me, and then the kicker. When I asked her for assistance she said the words "I'm not willing to help you." WTF? BEYOND RUDE. She's a horrible employee and a horrible person. I've dealt with her in person when I was at the facility and she's just as bad, if not worse. This facilityhas gone WAY down hill since it was Tuck It Away. Extra Space are rude and unhelpful on the phone and their website is CONSTANTLY down so when you try to pay, you can't, then, you get a hefty late fee. What a shame, this used to be a great storage facility. BOO HISS
