First time moving in here in May 2022 we were running late and had a truck full of stuff. Despite that they were so kind, inviting and genuinely pleasant people. Agree with the other comment, whoever did the hiring here did an incredible job, the employees are what made me decide to keep the unit here instead of moving to a unit that's closer to my new apartment.

Jeff killed it. Super friendly and super helpful. Made moving easy!!! It was a nightmare at other units. Doing great renovations here. Definitely a lot nicer as of recent.

Never tried calling or using their website, but in-person these people were extremely helpful and kind to me. Whoever hired the current staff has done a very good job. The prices are reasonable, for $25/month I got a 4'x4'x4' unit, which is a great deal comparing to what I used to pay in Manhattan. The layout of the building is extremely straight-forward: elevators, stairs, and just lanes of storage units... no labyrinth mazes at all!
So many things can get improve !! let me start by saying the location has too much work traffic going on the streets are unbearable to go through too much construction in the surrounding areas as well. The other thing is from the time I started going there's always a problem with the elevators finally, they've been fixed, but one of them is usually not working. The local management is nice and renting a new unit is easy to do, but the corporate owners are very shady. I have several units here, when I rented my second one, I asked about the arbitrary rate increases I'd heard about and was assured that the rate I signed on for would remain steady. The sales rep told me that occasionally there are adjustments for 'market rates' but they would only be a few percent every once in a while.
