The space is great. The location good. Employees great. My only complaint is the self serve elevator has not been working for months. This adds a lot of time to moving my stuff in & out. I have to wait for the employee to use the big elevator.

I wish that I could give them zero stars. 1). They not only increased my monthly rate approximately three months into my rental, It nearly doubled three months after I moved my things in 2). When I tried to retrieve my things from the storage unit, I was unable to Access the unit for a full 72 hours. They said that an Internet outage had impacted the ability to use the keypad by the elevator, but there was apparently no one who had a key to enter stairs or to Manually activate the elevator.
