I highly recommend, renting your storage unit here. Naomene was the lady that helped me. She was so sweet they have reasonable pricing. and extremely clean. reservations were super easy online. All I had to do was show my ID took less than five minutes to get the process going.

Yesterday I went to extra space storage in Fontana off of valley and the associate there I believe her name was Laura she was such an amazing person she very helpful and kind and she was knowledgeable in the questions I asked her so please keep up the good work

Someone answered the phone right away when I searched online. Cindy was awesome she informed me via phone all the details and requirements needed. She was very helpful and has great inputs and recommendation. Loraina met me on site she was awesome and detailed she has a very bubbly personality. Cindy and Loraina both have excellent customer service and relationship. They love what they do and you can feel it. I am very happy it was so easy to get a storage unit. Thank you. Extra Space Storage saved my sanity with a last minute rental and multiple changes all within a 2 hour period. I called in the morning looking for a space and over the phone and electronically I was able to complete all the necessary documents in record time! I am so appreciative of Rebecca, Lorena and their team for being so kind, patient and supportive during a very stressful move! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage hands down!
