This was my first experience with Extra Space Storage and I highly recommend thier services. Rebecca, went the extra mile in helping us. She provided excellent customer service and really cared about our moving and storage needs while understanding our budget. The facility is well-kept and super clean. Finally moved my stuff out the storage this month. From the time I rented a storage - customer service and staff knowledge were on point, to setup online payment, regular payment reminders - worked out perfectly to remind me of automatic payments, to the day of moving out my stuff - Rebecca was extremely helpful in providing pertinent details of my storage and do's and don'ts. The only suggestion I have for future Storagers is to put a cover of some sort just under the door to prevent dust getting into your things. All my s... read more

It's been a while since I used a storage unit. This facility is great! Ana and the team here are all very helpful. I used this facility because I'm moving into a new home. My move in date has been pushed back multiple times. I called Ana to see if they would be able to help me and provide me extra days since I've been pushed back a few times. This is the place to go. You definitely get what you pay for. I moved my things in to this most secure unit with SO MUCH EASE. The staff are friendly and helpful and i appreciate it. I'm certainly happy that I choose to go with these guys! I highly recommend.
