Azucena is wonderful. She showed me the space I reserved and it works. I have never used a storage facility before but she made the whole business easy. She is very friendly and helpful. I feel my items are in a secure location and that is important to me. All in all a great experience.
What a great professional Staff. Azucena & Letty take care of MY business as if it was theirs. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. As a matter of fact I have!!. The effort they put into keeping this storage area clean,very well managed and professional is tremendous.
I actually have a storage unit at the other Fontana location, and have had no real problems with my unit. The price is still reasonable although the rent has been raised a couple of times over the last 2 years. The units and the facility are clean and well kept and security is good.
Funny how things change. I was told at the beginning of this month that I was being evicted from this place, my unit, for no apparent reason at all. Can't be for non payment of rent, that has been an automated pay for the last 11 months. Couldn't be because I'm there all the time, I'm not. I initially rented this unit to store all of our Christmas decorations. Then some other stuff was added. This place is HORRIBLE! I had stuff stolen right out my storage when I was loading my car literally within 5 minutes. When I notified management of the incident they didn't even seem to care and lied about not seeing anyone on outside cameras! Obviously my stuff didn't grow legs and walk out by itself! Even worst their insurance there doesn't even cover theft! This place is very unsafe and they don't even have cameras in the hallways? This place is a joke go anywhere but here.
