The overall experience of working with this company is amazing​. The facility is beautifully clean and well organized. I would love to specifically​ thank Justin Sandoval​. Justin has been an incredible​ help​ through out the process of moving and storing my grandmother's stuff in her move across the U.S. Every time we need to visit the management office to ask a question, ​Justin is always happy and ready to help us. He is incredibly personable and an absolute joy to work with. Thank you very much Justin!

After first moving into another storage space which I found to be filthy, I moved my household goods to Extra Space Storage in Lowry. The staff was kind and professional, the space was clean and easily accessible, and I had peace of mind. I highly recommend this storage facility if you need one. Patti

I'm happy to review Extra Space Storage in Lowry. My daughter and I needed to store some personal items for a few months to make way for remodeling, and ESS was convenient for us. The signup was easy, with lots of help from the staff regarding payments, policies, keys, the location of the storage space. The facility was surprisingly clean and allowed us to park inside while loading and unloading. Great experience Helpful, pleasant staff. John made it an easy process to rent a storage space out of town. Judy was very personable and attentive and excited we will be renting again next year. Facility was very clean and safe.

This place is great! Very professional staff! I was going to rent a 9x10 storage unit, but they recommended a 10x10 after I described the size of my furniture. It worked out perfectly like tetris! Very clean place! My movers were able to drive in within walking distance to my unit. I highly recommend this company!

Update: We continue to be big fans of this Extra Space Storage location. The new on-site manager, Amanda, is great. We did have an issue and she graciously and efficiently helped us resolve it. ================ We love this place. We've stored business and personal items here for about two years [now more than five years] and the customer service is superb. I was so happy that I was able to quickly and conveniently book a rental space online through their website. It took less than 5 minutes and within 20 I was already inside my new storage unit. They gave me a call to ensure I got everything I needed and the individual who called me was incredibly kind and sincere and I really felt like my best interests were in mind! Thank you! Ndu the store manager was extremely helpful and kind. She made the moving process a breeze. The storage facility is top notch. Clean and private. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in a most stressful time so thank you. I would recommend this spot to everyone!
