The space has become too expensive. It is double what I started with in such a short amount of time. The elevator was broken for a few months and I couldn't move anything up or down. I never got any compensation for this.

RecommendedI had a 5x10 non-regulated unit (outside-B103) for 3 years. Started at $70/mo in March 2020, went up to $82 in December 2021, and now it’s $189/mo. Over 200% increase in the three years. Don’t recall receiving a notice of rental increases. Office staff is courteous and prompt. I would recommend an inside temp-controlled unit.

To give you some background here, our system will assess your rate to see if you are at or close to market value on your unit. Occasionally after this process, you will get a small rate increase to bring you closer to market value. A postcard is mailed to the address on file 30 days in advance. Sorry, but I would not choose them again. I had a long term situation, and was constantly having to fight huge rate hikes every quarter from corporate. The notices would come, usually around a $30 hike, and I was able to speak with management and get it decreased to a reasonable rate (a couple of dollars), until last month, when WITHOUT WARNING corporate raised my rate by considerably more and NEW management would only decrease it by about half. It was time to go. I moved out today! So happy!
