I leased online for a special deal, got to the property, checked in with John lickety-split. He remembered me from before and his service along with the site conditions warrant a continued 5 start rating. Always personable employees happy to help in any way. I've used them for almost ten years and they're always friendly and eager to help. The facility is also spotless all the time and they have boxes and packing materials on hand, too!

The customer service was great very professional and the set up was easy. Auto pay monthly and cancel the space was easy as well. Never had any problems with entering, always clean! Would use them again if I ever needed the space again!
Super nice and helpful customer service!! I had a little trouble with reserving a space online(due to my distraction with a conference call and kids asking me for things) I decided to go into the office and finish the reservation. The office attendant was there to help right away, showed me around and gave me info in case I ever need help or have questions. Facilities are very clean! Would recommend to anyone!!

I've always had good experience with using this storage company. Always felt safe on the property at night. I like the hours they have available to go to my storage. I would recommend this place to store your stuff.

I was in a terrible bind and John and SUE went above and beyond to help me get into a needed space the same day! Also I received a discount. My family is so grateful! The customer service is above and beyond any storage organization I have ever experienced. Five Golden Stars
Since I am newbie for travel trailer and was not so sure if the parking g spacing is enough. Storage manager John was so nice to bring me to check two spots and recommended the one much easier to park our TT. The environment is neat, clean and organized. Highly recommend!!!
