I rented here and paid extra for 24- hour access since we were in the middle of moving, I stayed overnight just compressing our stuff to fit it more properly since we had a lot of items and the next morning the property manager told me to vacate as soon as I could. I explained to him that I only stayed to make more room for my other stuff we were bringing and he said he was sorry but I had to move as soon as possible. Emily, If you took the time to read my review you would see that I did clearly state I contacted your business about the rate increases. I would love to see the associated paperwork that you pull this "market rent" data from. You and I both know exactly what you are doing here and it's just not right. Again I would never do business with this company again and would urge others the same

My rent was increased AGAIN because of "current market conditions." Another 15%. I hate this greedy company and can't wait to move my things out.

Good access and service, but after only 4 months, they raised my monthly rate by $50/month - a 20% increase! And it's an autopay. Of course, all my stuff was already there, and I was unprepared to make an immediate move. Clearly they have the right to charge whatever they want, but good grief, what kind of business practice is this?

If you wanna get ripped off this is the place. Before moving in I asked how often they raise the rent and was told 6-9 they review the going rate for units in the area. 2 months after moving in they raised my rent. Looked at the 3 other storage units on the same street for the same unit is 150-200 cheaper. FMV my butt.... If you do rent from here make sure you don't accidentally lock your keys and phone in your car cause they will call the police to have you comply to exit the grounds. The worse kind of storage around . Not only will they raise your rent every few months but they are infested with rats . Rat poop everywhere and the place leaks . A lot of important papers and things were ruined . Stay away . There are better rates around .
Buyer beware! My brother passed away and my siblings and I had to clear out his storage unit. The so-called manager, John, was so nice and understanding and told us that we could go ahead and take our time. I knew the storage fees were due on the 26th of the month so I specifically asked on the 26th if we could be out within a week, could we get a refund for the remainder of the month? I have no idea why 4 stars showed up on this review the first time. I had to throw 6 sets of mattresses and 2 sofas in the dump because they were covered with rat droppings and urine.. This company has been known to have rats. I was unaware of that until I picked my stuff up. Had to throw away all of my mattress (6 sets) and my couches which had rats nest in them. I am disgusted with this place. First rat problems and now dog problems. Last Wednesday (9/14) I stopped by my storage to drop something off. Luckily, I went right before they closed so there was still an employee on the property. I had to have the guy clean up two separate piles of dog poop. This wouldn't be my first incident with dogs on the property. On the 11th, I went at night and there were some idiots letting their dog roam around without a leash.
