Buyer beware! My brother passed away and my siblings and I had to clear out his storage unit. The so-called manager, John, was so nice and understanding and told us that we could go ahead and take our time. I knew the storage fees were due on the 26th of the month so I specifically asked on the 26th if we could be out within a week, could we get a refund for the remainder of the month? I have no idea why 4 stars showed up on this review the first time. I had to throw 6 sets of mattresses and 2 sofas in the dump because they were covered with rat droppings and urine.. This company has been known to have rats. I was unaware of that until I picked my stuff up. Had to throw away all of my mattress (6 sets) and my couches which had rats nest in them. I am disgusted with this place. First rat problems and now dog problems. Last Wednesday (9/14) I stopped by my storage to drop something off. Luckily, I went right before they closed so there was still an employee on the property. I had to have the guy clean up two separate piles of dog poop. This wouldn't be my first incident with dogs on the property. On the 11th, I went at night and there were some idiots letting their dog roam around without a leash. This is the worst facility I had to do business with ever. I buy storage units at auction and won 2 at this facility, the manager is an arrogant jerk, who never explained their rules and hours properly, when I asked for a.little extra.time to clear out Chris is his name I think acted as though it was personal, I had to call the auction site in order to convince him to give a couple more hours. If I could give a rating of zero stars I would, hands down!!! My vehicle was recently stolen, driven rite out of the "secure" gate when the manager is sleeping just above the building. Security is little to none and let's not even begin to talk about the cameras, which are basically non existent....they focus on non important things like the trash bins!!!! If there was a zero to rate this place, I would rate at Zero! I had my things stored for over a year and paid a lot of money, which included insurance. Went to move out my things and my couches and chairs had mold. There was also a dead rat in the unit and rat droppings all over my things. Insurance I paid for was of no help, because in order to get any compensation, there has to be severe water damage. I just rented an RV space month ago. Within the first month my RV was broken into. Management seems like they don't even care and they don't", just like the other review mentioned the security is basically none existent. There were no security cameras towards the back, they do not enforce people tail gating in and out. They allow junk to be stored. recently extra space storage bought this location, since then there have been several break ins and the "security" is non existent. coincidently each time there is a robbery its "off camera" and the cameras in place are so low resolution you couldn't get a image of a perp even if it was on camera. they need a whole rebuild before they could be considered secure.
