Excellent storage facility. Jon and his staff are very courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend the Extra Space units on 5th st in Oxnard.

Been using them for a little while now. Friendly staff who are always in a good mood. Rates are competitive. I haven't had any problems with rats or other creatures. Would recommend to friends and family

I was disappointed in the high cost of this storage company, but it's so close to my home, compared to other companies, the time saved in my life is worth the cost. My unit was clean, but had a moderate leak when we got rain! Very unhappy about this. I needed a unit in a hurry, to empty my Mom's home after she passed away, and Kris helped me a lot, even tho' my mind was spinning with legal details about the house. Oh no! Vermin, feces, and absolutely no discounts or customer service. Do Not Be Deceived - this is a corporate joke, that looks clean and is afilthy. Not only that - they raise your rates monthly, even with their deceiving starter rates and promises. A joke of a corporation with green paint to make it look clean.

I rented here and paid extra for 24- hour access since we were in the middle of moving, I stayed overnight just compressing our stuff to fit it more properly since we had a lot of items and the next morning the property manager told me to vacate as soon as I could. I explained to him that I only stayed to make more room for my other stuff we were bringing and he said he was sorry but I had to move as soon as possible. Emily, If you took the time to read my review you would see that I did clearly state I contacted your business about the rate increases. I would love to see the associated paperwork that you pull this "market rent" data from. You and I both know exactly what you are doing here and it's just not right. Again I would never do business with this company again and would urge others the same

My rent was increased AGAIN because of "current market conditions." Another 15%. I hate this greedy company and can't wait to move my things out.

Good access and service, but after only 4 months, they raised my monthly rate by $50/month - a 20% increase! And it's an autopay. Of course, all my stuff was already there, and I was unprepared to make an immediate move. Clearly they have the right to charge whatever they want, but good grief, what kind of business practice is this?
