I was anxious about where to store my items since I had not moved in over 35 years, and I have a lot of items that I cherish. Been using them for a little while now. Friendly staff who are always in a good mood. Rates are competitive. I haven't had any problems with rats or other creatures. Would recommend to friends and family

I was disappointed in the high cost of this storage company, but it's so close to my home, compared to other companies, the time saved in my life is worth the cost. My unit was clean, but had a moderate leak when we got rain! Very unhappy about this. I needed a unit in a hurry, to empty my Mom's home after she passed away, and Kris helped me a lot, even tho' my mind was spinning with legal details about the house. This place is full of rats, I wasn't even in the building for longer than one month I have to throw everything away because of the amount of excrement from rats on everything, even if it has insurance we have to personally file the claim in extreme detail and pay the dump site to throw everything away

Oh no! Vermin, feces, and absolutely no discounts or customer service. Do Not Be Deceived - this is a corporate joke, that looks clean and is afilthy. Not only that - they raise your rates monthly, even with their deceiving starter rates and promises. A joke of a corporation with green paint to make it look clean.

I rented here and paid extra for 24- hour access since we were in the middle of moving, I stayed overnight just compressing our stuff to fit it more properly since we had a lot of items and the next morning the property manager told me to vacate as soon as I could. I explained to him that I only stayed to make more room for my other stuff we were bringing and he said he was sorry but I had to move as soon as possible.
