I have had a storage unit since 2014. Customer service has always been exceptional. Employees are friendly and helpful.

The employees were so helpful and so kind they made me feel like my burden had been lifted off of me and understood everything thank you so much
If I could leave less than one star I would. I rented a storage locker from this location and prepaid fir a year. After that year they raised my rent from 189 to 301 per month. At the same time they raised my rent the same unit was advertised online for over a $100 cheaper. So much for taking care of existing customers. They are quick to raise rent but I bet no one's ever gotten a notice saying their rent was going down. Shop at your own risk. Phuck off Extra Space.
