Erica is the best! She is super attentive to her customers needs and is so friendly. Every time I go to my storage unit, I make sure to go say hi because she really is just the best! She is very friendly and efficient. She also is very knowledgeable on the policies/best practices as well. She was able to answer all the questions I had and offer me more valuable insight. Thank you Erica!!!
This was an unbelievably easy and pleasant experience renting a 20x20 space and it was all because of the hard-to-find customer service provided to my wife and I by Brianna. Customer service, truly good customer service, is a dying commodity nowadays so dealing with Brianna was customer service heaven. From the first day when we first wanted to see the vacant spaces, up until the day we signed the final contract, Brianna was so accommodating and really a pleasure to work with. Seven stars for Brianna if possible!!!

I had an amazing experience at the Walnut location with the store manager Erica.. From the moment I came in, she greeted me and went out of her way to help me with an issue I had. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and content with the size of my unit. In this day it's really refreshing to encounter people with such positive attitudes like Erica. We came back to rent out a small unit here after a few years. This location is still the same, nice, clean and bright. The only thing difference is it has the new manager, Erica, to replace the old one who was also very nice. We had a wonderful experience though just a short time of renting. They gave us a new lock, free of charge, for the one we bought got broken.
