This company will rip you off! They will get you in with a cheaper promotional rate in the beginning and then they will increase your rate every few months. In just 4 months of renting a unit, they increase my monthly rate by $80 at least. And then in the next 5 months they increased it again. I haven't even been there one year yet and they've made two increases. I bet you come the one year mark, they will increase it again. The storage unit was nice and secure but I didn't appreciate them jacking up the rate right after we moved in. Make sure you ask what the price will be in 3 months after you move all your stuff in. At least they were nice enough to let me know 30 days in advance that they were raising my rates.
F*ck this place! I rent a 10x10. After 3 months they raise the price 20$ more per month or so, then after 9 months they raise the price again, I highly recommend not using this company. AND The unit close to mine it seems there's a guy living inside his unit. I mentioned it to them and they didn't seem to care.
