So my storage unit burned up. All my belongings were here everything I owned due to the fact that I was in between homes while I looked for the ideal place to live. I thought it was going to be a safe place to store my homes belongings along with irreplaceable things. Nevertheless I was wrong. The location should've been a dead giveaway though. I'm just so astonished as to how the would let a while building burn up. I mean, no fire detectors and/or after hours security measures. If any one has stuff there I'd suggest moving ... read more

if you are thinking about doing it here.....dont. its not the price, its not the location...its what happens when they make a mistake...if your stuff is stolen, lost or mistakenly discarded...you are screwed. The only thing extra here is how far they shove it up your rear end....pretty far. If you are thinking about doing it...dont do it here. Uhaul storage is FAR better, more humane, more caring, less corporate bullturds!

BEWARE they raise your rates every 6 months! An increase of over 20% in less than 2 years. Look somewhere else before renting a unit here. They take advantage of their clients because they know the cost of moving will make you pay the increases. Rate went from $207 to $261 in less than 24 months. STAY AWAY

UMMM yah SOooo.. I call this # to price a unit. I have called about 7 other storage facilities already. So the guy is like asking me all these questions that he doesnt even need to know unless im filling out paperwork to move in. So whatever, i answer the questions. THEN this fool is telling me the hours and some other CRAP that i dont care about. All the other places i called took 2 minutes tops to get the info i am actually looking for. Oh what a woeful experience I had the day I agreed to deal with these low lifes. Ok, so the place was cheap. Its about the best thing I can say about it and it should be cheap as the building is in the ghetto and is smack up against the freeway, which I later learned allows for a nice layer of diesel dust to grace your belongings after about two weeks.
