Starting my second month renting a unit. So far so good. I just loved the fact that when I first went in to see the units the staff was very accommodating for my mom and my self. Needed a reasonable price unit and close to a lif.....

The customer service at this location deserves 5 stars alone! Although I ended up renting a storage unit at a different location, I can't help but appreciate how awesome and friendly everyone was here. I would have definitely rented a unit from here if they had the right size!

I am not at all displeased with my experience over here. This is like a clean motel for storing items. I rented a small storage space for a couple of months for a bargain price. I wouldn't really complain for the amount I paid a month. Sure the buildings were old. However it was a nice and clean enough space for my stuff. I didn't have any issues with the staff. Don't let anybody put you down as an emergency contact to the storage because if they do something and get thrown out they'll put your name on the do not rent to list so they don't tell you that of course when you do it that's what they did to me

Bad business. Ad doesn't mention random monthly insurance charges. Also, the rate is significantly more than advertised.

I gave two stars because I haven't been at this facility maybe six months and after the first couple months the storage fee was increased but the recent increase blindsided me with not only the $100 fee increase but the fact it was due by my next month payment due date!! So I really didn't see this coming and certainly didn't give me enough notice for that hefty amount of increase, wow $100 more I have to come up with when I only have a 5×10 unit. I was offered a deal to start storage with this business... I was pressured into making a positive review for them. Soon after I was settled, the manager promised if I made payment in advance I would preserve my rate. This was deception... Soon after my rate went up significantly, I paid in advance. Be ready to get your rate increased a ridiculous amount after only a few months in. Total bait and switch. Our rent went from $181 to $241 after only 2 months in. Terrible customer service when they fucked up on their end. Got a lady harassing me on the phone and being rude on something they messed up on my profile where they assigned me to the wrong unit and didn't get my payment. Worst storage imaginable. There are break ins frequently and the manager has no regard. My unit was burglarized and so were all my neighbors day after day. There is no security, cameras aren't working, hole in the fence, no lighting, no gate, and no action done to address the problem. Alleged fraud happening and inside criminal activity occurring.
