Best storage in town! Marc Aceves, Manager, was super down to earth and really nice. He was very patient and took his time with showing me around and answering all my questions and concerns. Place is nice and neat inside and out. Pricing is also very affordable and offer options for short and long term! Definitely recommend!

We've used this facility for most of our time living here in Tracy and the management and staff are the best. I don't care about bugs or rodents or issues that simply come with putting stuff in a metal container ( that comes with the territory) - I care about the people who work hard to help me and my family through the tough times. The manager is kind, considerate and she really does everything she can to help out. Look -- bottom line is this a great location and the pricing is reasonable -- but we love the staff !!!

I needed a lot of space to house the contents of my family home that I inherited and was being sold. I was devastated and dealing with this large task was the last thing I needed. Extra Space in Tracey was very accommodating and friendly which made the process much easier on me. For move-in they have a big truck that you can use and the staff were very patient with me forgetting my codes and losing my keys. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

I was very please with the service I received from Extra Space Storage. This was a last minute need and I wasn't sure what I really needed. I contacted Extra Space online and received a call from the local office within minutes of reserving a unit. When I went to look at the units, the manager and assistant were extremely friendly and helpful. They explained the monthly fees to me in a very thorough manner. So Mark is absolutely wonderful... I've had my unit for well over 4 1/2 years. But I came down one day to clear out some of my storage and use the dumpster and a woman named Abby was extremely unhelpful... She told me she did not have keys to the dumpster even though I pay well over $300 a month for my unit told me that she would not be willing to get keys, that she didn't know who had the keys and that she would absolutely not call anyone to come down and open the dumpster for me... The site manager is horrible. You can make a deal with him in person and in the computer but still goes back on his word. Don't trust him
