DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Seriously, as a customer for over a year, I was finally able to move my 5 items out of storage. When it came time to move out, I didn't have my key to open the lock (I understand i should've had it, but i thought cutting the lock would've been an easy process). This is when shit went downhill ^ I only dealt with 2 people there. Mark and some lady who said "this isn't her store" Mark: A legit down to earth guy. 5/5 for him. WARNING! This place uses near criminal business practices and the storage facility is roach and rodent infested. The walls of the unit shed this disgusting saw dust like material and it coats everything. This area gets hot and the unit heat up like a humid oven and if you have furniture or collectibles you will find them ruined and moldy. Every few months they raise the rent-it's not affordable or convenient. RAT INFESTED!!! Do not rent here. I had a unit for approximately one year. When it came time for me to clear out my stuff, I discovered the rat problem and by that time it was too late! Completely infested with rat crap and urine. There was even a dead rat in the unit. I had not purchased their insurance plan and apparently it wouldn't have mattered if I had since the plan does not include rodent damage. Just horrible to find your stuff ruined by rats. I recently rented a unit and was very pleased with the service until today. I needed to move out of my unit on Sunday, the gate information stated that the gate is open from 6 - 10 - everyday. I had coordinated help to assist me to load my belongings and when I arrived on Sunday at 6 PM, the gate wouldn't open. DON'T RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! They seem nice and helping when you first inquire with them but after you put your payment in and move your stuff it will all go down hill from there. I rented a unit when i moved out of Tracy and had to store some things. It has only been approximately 5 months and my rate jump without any notice what so ever. I get email notice from them every month for when my payment is due and apparently they send out notice through mail. I forward my mail to new location and i never got it. Update: While I wanted to move our belongings the items belong to my brother who is currently out of state and not available to move his things. You need to be aware that they increase their unti rentals each year at least 20% and sometimes twice a year.

Rent anywhere but here! I have rented with other self storage places in the past, but these guys WILL RIP YOU OFF! They may lure you with a reasonably good price at first, but in only 18 months, my rate jumped 20%!!!!!

RATS, RATS, RATS..... They told me they had no rodent problems and 6 months later my $5000 couch is ruined.. I also got the insurance but its does not insure against. rodents. They will not help me out at all. Mary will not return my phone calls. I have been calling for 2 months now and I keep getting the cold shoulder. They just say Sorry we can't help you
