I can't say enough great things about Charika at Extra Space Storage on Henry St in Alexandria. She was kind, patience, very professional and went above and beyond to ensure I felt like a valued customer. And I did! Thanks to her I had a great experience.

The location of the facility is in the center of Old Town, Alexandria. The property is always clean and well maintained. Property manager is always pleasant and helpful. My only dislike is there is so much construction going on around the neighborhood, in particular on all sides of the storage building. No fault to the storage company but it can be a hassle sometimes to get around the construction
