Renting storage was easy and painless, even though it was a rainy day it was simple and it went fast

I've had a fine experience. I tried the option to do the full rental online, but it didn't work properly and a reservation was made instead, which required me to wait an extra day to move in. However, customer service was very helpful and I wasn't actually pressed for time, so it wasn't a terrible inconvenience. My unit, though it seems a bit smaller than what the rental stated, is a lot nicer than I've used with Public Storage in the past and the hours fit more with my needs too.
