5 stars! They have been AMAZING for the two years I worked with them. Every card change they fixed it , any question I had they answered it. 🖤 - I did however have an indoor unit . I pulled my stuff out and there was a mouse that had got into my stuff and ate some of my blankets and pooped and peed on my stuff which was a bummer so comes with the territory.

Long story short, our daughter came home to Florida during the start of the pandemic. We were scrambling to find a safe, clean and affordable storage place we could keep all her college belongings until she returned in the fall. I called several places and finally settled on ESS-Lehi-site unseen. We picked a winner!! Not only were they safe, clean and affordable but they are also climate controlled. I have had a great experience at this location. Excellent service, friendly and accommodating staff, clean facility, well-priced units and convenient location off of I-15. The team there has repeatedly gone above and beyond to help. I would definitely recommend.
