Pamela at Extra Space is an absolute delight to work with. She is friendly and always available for questions and to walk us through whatever we need. She went above and beyond to help us set up a storage unit for my mom and has moving supplies available at ease. The whole facility is clean and feels safe and secure. It is great to know that everything is taken care of and there was no hassle at all!

My husband and I were on the look out for a storage unit and came across extra space storage. When we went to check out the facility we immediately felt welcomed by the manager Pamela. She took us on a little tour of the facility and showed us different size units that might fit our needs. When we decided on the unit we wanted she worked with us to give us a good deal. We also liked how clean the facility and units were.

The rates at Extra Space Storage can't be beat! I was paying almost twice as much for the same size unit I have now at another storage facility in the valley. Pamela in the office was very friendly and helpful in getting our new unit and answering all questions we had. I would give it five stars but we had a few black widows in our unit before we moved stuff in. So watch out for that before loading in your boxes!

The facility at 134 S 700 W Salt Lake City, UT 84104 has horrible customer service. The women who answered the phone there were brusque, unhelpful, and even yelled at me over the phone. Ridiculous. After two rude phone calls, I cancelled my plans to store anything in their facility and decided to use a different facility that are managed by nice people who are courteous and professional.

I've used storage spaces previously. This is the worst location and experience I've had with Extra Space. My rates doubled after three months when I was initially told I was getting a set rate for Black Friday deals. To top it off I've found the representatives to be extremely rude. I was put in a corner unit with no light. I have to use a flashlight to see inside. I will be happy to move my things and happier to not have to deal with the poor service of this location.
