Trent was great. Location is great. Very clean unit & easy process. 5 star service.
This is my second time using Extra Space Storage, and I have always been very impressed with how clean and well maintained it is as well as the customer service is always great! Never any mice or spider issues with anything I have stored either, which is a big deal to me also!

I feel like these guys have nailed it! Five star rating for me no problem whatsoever! The facility is extremely clean, everyone I’ve dealt with is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the entire process was painless! Do yourself a favor and store your items here!

I had reserved too much space and had to down-size the unit. Mr. Fordham was very helpful in figuring out a way to assist me with a different unit and correcting my error in judgement.

While going through an extremely challenging time dealing with ExtraSpace Storage has been a delight. Renting my unit online was fast and simple. The process was efficient. A couple hours later I drove to the unit and was able to access everything with the thorough text instructions up until I reached the storage unit. It had a lock on it.
