Today I rented a storage unit form the Montreal Rd location in Tucker, GA, and I had one of the best customer service experiences that I've ever had. The Manager, Eddie, was so patient, friendly, and kind. He took the time to explain everything to me and when I walked into the office, he immediately got up and greeted me with a handshake and warming smile. I was at the Extra Space Storage at 2801 N.Berkeley Lake Road Duluth ,Georgia on 4-6-23. I spoke to Andre DeMesse about some concerns I had. He was exceptionally helpful in answering all my questions and concerns and really went above and beyond in taking exceptional customer service to answer all my questions and concerns.
