Today I rented a storage unit form the Montreal Rd location in Tucker, GA, and I had one of the best customer service experiences that I've ever had. The Manager, Eddie, was so patient, friendly, and kind. He took the time to explain everything to me and when I walked into the office, he immediately got up and greeted me with a handshake and warming smile.
