Apart from the elevator timing, the initial representative, Mika, was very very kind but failed to inform me of the other fees associated with renting. I was charged almost 5x the amount quoted with Mika per the manager, London, who was also quite kind and patient. She told me I would only be charged $24 for the administrate fees but I ended up paying over $100 for both units with the 1st month free. London is very helpful in helping you look for what you need and did an amazing job explaining every step of the way. I’m a visual person so she gladly helped me look at the difference in storage unit sizes (I was getting the 10x5 but ended up with 10x10). The facility itself is very clean and even provides equipment to help make moving your belongings convenient for you.
