London was the woman who went above and beyond on short notice to help me get my unit. She was fast friendly clean and very engaging in what I had to say about my storage needs. London and her asst. was super. I like that team!!! Great job girls!!!

The move in went pretty smoothly and the manager was very nice and attentive.

Apart from the elevator timing, the initial representative, Mika, was very very kind but failed to inform me of the other fees associated with renting. I was charged almost 5x the amount quoted with Mika per the manager, London, who was also quite kind and patient. She told me I would only be charged $24 for the administrate fees but I ended up paying over $100 for both units with the 1st month free.
