My customer service Lady was Very Very Awesome, Kind, Knowledgeable, Understanding, Helpful, and Outstanding the best service I have had anywhere in the last 4 years. The process was easy, fast, and comfortable. Very Clean and well lit feel my items will be so Safe and Secure.

Employee was very fast helping me pick proper storage unit I needed. Great customer service very friendly. Explain everything to me thirly. I didn't see a thrash can anywhere. My only suggestion is to place thrash can on floors though the place is very clean.

#1 reason to use extra space, cleanliness! I've seen other storage facilities that dont come close. I also like the idea that I have access to my belongings when I need them.

London was the woman who went above and beyond on short notice to help me get my unit. She was fast friendly clean and very engaging in what I had to say about my storage needs. London and her asst. was super. I like that team!!! Great job girls!!!
