Friendly customer service. Renting was very easy, all taken care of in less than 30 minutes. I rented a 10x10 space for six months to store lawn furniture and bikes for the winter. The space was clean and ready when I arrived. The whole facility was clean, well-maintained and secure. Move-in was easy. Recommended.

I came to this North Aurora location to take care of the rental paperwork and payment for a facility in Menlo Park, CA (where my child goes to school). Lauren was super helpful, very knowledgeable and the entire process was fast and efficient. The Menlo Park rep called in my info ahead of time. Overall both facilities provided excellent service. I'll provide an update once we use the space in California.

This place is pretty cool! Been renting here a couple of years now, and still haven't been let down. Almost didn't rent from their one other review, but needed the free truck that they offer, so gave a shot. The price is cheaper than where my brother rents, and the staff has always been helpful. I wrote a review when I first rented, but felt compelled to update it because after I referred a coworker last week they called to let me know they gave me a $50 credit, so I wanted to pay it forward.
extra space storage in north aurora is an amazing storage facility! they have state of the art security systems to help keep your belongings safe and the units as well as the grounds are very clean and spacious. if you are in need of extra space, Extra Space Storage in North Aurora is the place to be!!!!! thank you extra space for providing quality units at a fair price!
This company is a scam. They took over the Batavia, IL. location and it is still not listed on the internet. They have taken over multiple locations. I had a 10 x 10 unit in Batavia. I transfered my stuff to two 5x10 units. They signed me up at 50 per unit. One of my units has a bad latch and I have not been able to ger access to my unit in 2 months because they are backlogged on repairmen. They are are still charging me.
