This is the second year we are renting from Extra Space. We are from Texas and my sons attend college in Aurora and last summer everything was smooth and easy that this year we knew exactly who we would rent from. Customer service is amazing and they are so helpful! They have a forever customer!
Started with phone conversation. Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional. Came to office to sign up and examine unit. Had an excellent experience. Unit was ready for use. Extremely clean. Whole facility was clean. Highly recommend this facility and Kevin.
Kevin was awesome! He helped us find a perfectly sized unit for our needs, and kept everything quick and easy. The unit is in a great location and he even gave us additional savings we weren’t expecting. We drove a little further to use this unit vs the other one in North Autora, due to the pricing and availability. Great experience around- thank you!
