Great service from inquiry all the way through. I had to change my date AND move to a larger unit on the day of the local move and they were so helpful, the space has air conditioning and very clean. Rob and Mike were very efficient and friendly and so helpful throughout. Highly recommend.

Compared to similar storage facilities in the area, the prices here are fantastic and definitely drew me in. The storage unit was clean, and the facility itself was clean and organized. Rob and Mike were both friendly and helpful and got me set up and on my way very quickly.

Convenient and well-maintained location and super friendly staff (shout-out to Yvonne)! I was able to lock in a good price online, then come see the unit, sign the contract, and get the keys. Pro tip: if you already have renter's insurance, check to see if they cover self-storage, and bring that with you!
Very clean and affordable. Great location in Wicker Park. If I need self storage in west town, I'd recommend this facility.

Easy, fast, clean and new. Only the addition charges for the lock and the insurance wasn't so clear at the beginning. The costs are still reasonable and fair.

Fabulous location right by the Division stop. Very clean units and easy to pull in and load things in and out of the storage unit. Lots of different sizes of units available. And the manager, Daniel, there is phenomenal! Incredibly professional and helpful along with the whole team!

The manager, Ketora, and employee, Vanessa, are fantastic. They are super helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and even stayed after hours to help me and my girlfriend get a storage unit when we really needed it that day. The service is well thought out and the location is convenient, also the facilities are clean and loading/unloading process is a breeze. Plus the first month of storage comes free! Highly recommended.
