If you need anywhere to store in a Fallbrook I would definitely recommend this facility! It’s always clean and well taken care of! Not to mention the manager Helena goes above and beyond for her customers. She is the true meaning of customer service, always putting others first and she genuinely cares which is RARE!

I spoke with Ericka about getting a storage in the Fallbrook location she has supreme service answered all my questions and gave me a decent price for the storage I would recommend anyone looking to store their furniture to use this place

Very nice units. Both Sabina and Helena were very helpful and always ready to help. This is my second time using this storage. I don't rate much but they deserve 5 plus stars.

I reccomend Helena! We have rented with her 3 times now and we keep coming back because her customer service is phenomenal. Anything I need or any question I need to ask she always finds a way and an answer. She always makes sure the units you're renting are clean before you move in. I dont think the place would be as great without her.
