Extra Space in Fallbrook is very clean and secure. The keyless entry system is super convenient. The gal in the office is very nice and professional. I highly recommend.

Manager Helena is Thee Nicest, Most accommodating, kind, cheerful, fun loving and helpful woman I have ever known to take exceptional care of her clients! Just closed out my two rental spaces. What a pleasant experience. I love the ease of in/out of the gate and units. I also love the fact there are no more locks and keys for me to lose. The manager was very cool, I highly recommend them.
First of all the woman who works here is always very sweet, super helpful and polite. We've been renting here for a bit over a year now and have had no problems. They offer decent pricing and have a good facility for storage. The hallways are wide and clean and the property is mostly undisturbed. We've gotten an upgrade while we've been here and they made the process very easy. If you're looking for a reasonably priced all round good place for storage in town I'd highly recommend this place.

So I called today to get a storage unit and Helena was an absolute gem. She answered all of my questions and helped me get in same day! We even messed up our lock and she totally helped us getting a new one. Thank you Helena!!!

Extremely friendly and thorough. Provided all the details related to the rental, provided options for me to consider, and completed the process very fast. The storage unit and the entire facility appeared to be very clean and maintained. Would definitely recommend to anyone requiring additional storage space.
