The facility is clean , but they are expensive . Our rates went from 135/month to 235 /month. Outrageous.

I am floored that place has good reviews. My husband & I were quoted a rate & then given a number to book it. I tried calling that location 10 times that day to lock in the rate I was told & no one answered the phone all day during normal business hours. I called back the next week and got ahold of someone & the rate had DOUBLED. Very rude & unreasonable. Great price when you get a unit. I paid 34 for a 5x5 which is cheap for california but Extraspace keeps raising the price. Now 2 years later the unit is 50 dollars+9 the required insurance and it has gone up 3-4 times from 34 to 39 to 44 and not 50 dollars. I'd reccomend this for short term storage but if you want to use it for several years go somewhere else IMO.
