This place has received a major over haul. So clean and the management has changed. John was fantastic and showed me different options to meet my needs. John was very professional in handling my situation. The facility looked as if it was getting some much needed improvements. I could tell that my stored items would be safe here. John was very proactive in making this facility the best it could be. Very happy to see my money is being well spent in keeping this facility clean and safe. The website is great, the phone call to Zach gave me all the accurate information that I needed and then the in-person help by Jessica was superb. I appreciate that the docs were on the computer so the set-up was easy. The whole experience, at a time when you could use a little help, was much more than we expected. Place is clean, secure, and easy to load and unload.

Very clean, safe and organized place. Staff is excellent. Adequate lighting all around the exterior and interior. They have packing supplies and miscellaneous locks in case you need them. My experience here is definitely a five star!

Jessica was very helpful and friendly when i reserved my storage unit. On the day of moving my stuff in, i realized i needed a smaller unit and had very little time to waste. She helped me get a smaller unit immediately and i managed to unload everything on time. She made it very hassle free. I love how it's about 1-2 minute drive from my house too, its clean and easy to access. She also stuck to the prices as advertised on the website so there were no surprises or shadiness. Opened a storage unit here about a month ago. The customer service is fabulous! Jessica, the manager, is very helpful and friendly. She made sure all of our needs would be met. She definitely gives the 5 stars to the review. The storage unit itself was very clean, easily accessible, and definitely provides what was/is needed.

The customer service definitely is the biggest asset here. I'm giving only 4 stars because, for me, the location is not the best. Very busy area in the middle of town. Jessica was the one who assisted me and she could not have been nicer and more helpful. If I was just rating her as an employee, she would get 5 stars. She obviously enjoys her job and knows it very well. The storage unit, once on the property is easy to access and clean. I feel I chose the right place to store my things in Fallbrook.

Great people working customer service on the phone and especially at the local Storage in Fallbrook, California and she was absolutely WONDERFUL, I forgot her name .... BUT (and it's a BIG but) the company gets you in at a decent price AND about three months later doubles the price on the rental!!!! It's a Crazy bait and switch crap! Now, they got you in and settled and then they can offer $10-13 off THAT price double or ask you if you want to tomorrow MOVE OUT?!?!!! Wtf I'm upset... AND stuck
