The staff is uber friendly and resorceful. The property is well secured and units are very clean. I have had my belonging in storage for over two years at the locating in Houston Texas, 3011 San Jacinto street.
Had a great experience with the staff, who explained things very professionally. When I booked online an extremely nice lady called to confirmed from the actual location and when I called to make sure my unit would be large enough, Kevin was very helpful, up to making sure a larger unit would be ready if needed. Great staff and very clean and well kept. I didn't have a single problem. It was easy to sign up and get a good deal. The call center didn't tell me about the insurance but they explained it on site and told me about options I had. They called with friendly reminders about payments which worked great for me. They even prorated my last month when I showed up to pay a late bill and move out all in the same day. Will totally use then if ever needed again.

This is for the location at 1927 Scott Street in Houston TX. The Manager their is very rude and seems annoyed to help anyone. This place smells terrible, that had flooding after Hurricane Beryl and smells like mildew. The 2nd and 3rd floors have carpeting as well as the elevators and those are filthy, smells like pee in the elevators. The 2nd and 3rd floor hardly have any lighting, there are bulbs missing in some of the light brackets. I found rat droppings in my unit. Your financial information is not secure with that business.. I was asked to leave. After I left. They magically put me on auto pay. And used one credit account's to the tune of 480$ . I am taking legal action..
Found this place fast and got a unit, I've only had the unit for 3-4 days......the day I put my stuff in there I had movers, the code wouldn't work and I tried calling them multiple times. Someone let us in, then I walked into the office; there were 2 people just talkin. I told them I couldn't get in because my code didn't work so they gave me a new one..... the new one only worked to get into the doors and not the elevators so the whole day we had to keep asking the guy to let us in the elevator. By far the worst storage unit I've ever had. I'll go ahead and number the issues because this is going to be a long one. 1. Building is advertised as climate control, but the A/C is "broken". The whole reason that I got the unit was because it was advertised online as climate control. No warning that the AC was not working, even when I showed up for my lock. I had a large 10 X 15 storage unit at the 4245 Richmond Ave location where we kept all our work papers and supplies. Without any much notice we were told we had to vacate the premises by the end of the month as they were closing the facility down. I was told we could move to the downtown location and they would give me credit for my moving costs. Unfortunately that location is 6.2 miles away, in downtown Houston, and too far from our business.
