Oh where to begin! First off the on-site manager Greg S. is simply unprofessional, period. I called to speak with him regarding my account last week and he was extremely rude and discourteous! I just started a new job last month after being unemployed for over 2 months and I have been doing my best to keep up with my bills. I tried to get some relief with speaking to the manager about my situation and he would hear none of it!
