Roger is very knowledgeable with great customer service skills. I was able to inquire details on a unit through general number which then connected me to Roger! He is amazing and well versed with extra space and definitely helped me meet my needs. Huge weight lifted off my shoulders and Roger helped tremendously, making it smooth and easy as can be!!!

Excellent customer service and buildings are secure.
From beginning to end my experience was great. I appreciate the friendly customer service, ease of applying online, access to the unit and the cleanliness of my storage space. The property feels safe and secure and any other customers I have seen in the loading area have been friendly. The location I chose is perfect for me and also easily accessible due to it's proximity to the highway. Two thumbs up!
Jay is a great manager and helped me with all my questions and concerns. He took his time and made moving here a breeze. I love these units as well! This is the best storage company I’ve ever seen. Very clean and bug free! Highly recommend.
The customer service was great. By far the one thing that sets this location apart from all the rest let.alone any other storage company. As I had been in a big bind and quite emotional which the individual I worked with stayed patient, kind, and helpful.
