Manager Heather was a pig help, it was a great experience. Made sure I had everything I needed to my key and pass code to get it. Checked up on me if I needed any help.

Service is good. Staff is really friendly. BUT be aware, price WILL INCREASE within a few days before your next billing, in my case it was DOUBLED after 3 months. It's a really unethical company. I moved out the first chance. It's really safe place to store your items though, just don't store items that may melt since they don't have AC, neither any lights. Dust will be your enemy over time.

I got a storage unit here about 6 years ago and never had a problem. My stuff was always secure and the place was always clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. I only moved out of the unit due to I moved to another city.

Great service, clean, professional, plenty of space to maneuver around if you have a travel trailer to park or moving in with a semi. I've been to other locations and you cannot have anything bigger than a car going through the property cause most of the other storage companies try and utilize every square inch even if it effects the customers. That's not the case here, plus it's in a spot where it's hardly noticed and no theft.

Nice lil storage space tucked away in heart of Tempe. I've used them for over a year now I can't thank this place enough tbh. I have been a few days late on payment sometimes because I just forget it's not on autopay because I still haven't set it up lol, and they call me politely to remind me! Rather than auction off all my stuff right away. I had a bad experience with a different storage place. They didn't notify my payment hadn't gone through and within a couple weeks all my stuff was auctioned off
