This is my first time to rent a storage unit. I was apprehensive but Patti just makes you feel so comfortable and everything went smoothly! She is one top notch manager as far as my move in went. Very delightful! This location is convenient to me and it's in a very nice neighborhood! I would definitely recommend this location to a friend!
I have been with this storage unit almost 10 years and in all those years I have had nothing but great service no break ins no theft and no problems. I store very expensive equipment outside and they have done a fabulous job and keeping it safe. I would recommend this to anyone who wishes to have quality service.
I never ever to take the time to review a place. Call me selfish call me lazy, lack of motivation maybe. But this place deserves it. From customer service to cleanliness, to efficiency to prices.
Price gouging - signed up for RV storage and pre-paid for three months. The initial rate was reasonable at $75/mo. When I proactively called to see what our next payment was going to be i was told $180. I can understand incremental changes for inflation etc but an over a 100% increase is egregious. Typical evil corporation behavior taking advantage of people being lazy and / or dumb or stuck not being able to readily move on.
Would not recommend this storage unit. They gave us a great deal to start, then immediately increased our rent after just one month. Our rent went up multiple times in a year and we felt stuck and taken advantage of. When moving out, our stuff was covered in dust. I mean covered. These storage units claim to be weather safe, but we had many things damaged from heat and weather/dust. While the staff here is fantastic and have always treated me really well, I must say two things that leave me feeling screwed here. One, no lights inside the units so you cannot access them after dark. And if you have a large unit like I do, you need floodlights to work in the unit in the dark. Two - the corporate office who makes pricing decisions is way the hell over the top. I just got a notice in the mail of a 20% increase OVERNIGHT.
