Michelle was super nice and helpful! I forgot to properly lock my locker and the staff does daily checks to be sure of no tampering and they called me once they noticed it was improperly secured! Overall security is solid, outdoor code required for entrance to the building and a lock attached to the unit. Great price, military friendly, clean and excellent customer service! 10/10!

Had a rate change notice that I received in the mail notifying me my rates were going up in price on my unit so I called Louise who is the Manager at Wahiawa Extra Space Storage, She was able to help me out over the phone, tremendously! Jenna was very helpful in showing us how to get the access code, how to use things in the facility, as well as helping us switch to a bigger unit. It’s also very clean. Overall, great service and easy process!
