Jennifer C. is the best! She keeps this place in tiptop shape and was extremely helpful. I booked a unit online and ended up not liking it and she helped me find a different unit perfect for our needs. She explains everything perfectly so you know what you're getting.

Very professional and clean business. The storage facility is close to where I live and convenient for us to drop off. The security is state of art with camera and recording systems. No Pest problems and the employeees will al and serve you with a smile.

Jennifer was a great help! She even helped us book a 10x12 storage space because the one we were originally looking at got rented out as we were doing the paper work! The entire facility is climate controlled too, which is a bonus in my opinion!

I'm tenant with Extra Space storage in Wahiawa and I can say I got no complaints. first of all Facility is well kept and everything is in its place what think is that everything is well kept cause of Jenna.I see Jenna most of the time only in the store and one time there were alot of customers waiting on her and for what I saw looks like she was the only one manning the front and it was busy she really did her job in a calm and friendly way I think Jenna does a wonderful job of taking care the groundskeeping handling custome... read more

The last time I helped about this location it wasn't a good review because the site managers attitude and poor customer service. The Area Director got involved and rectified the situation for us. Today I'm here to pick up furniture and there is a new site manager, Seth. He is so friendly and helpful and I appreciate that the company took notice of their employee's professional or lack thereof and corrected the situation. Thank you Extra Space Storage for that. 4 stars because of their attention to detail.
