I had stuff stolen from my storage unit here. The staff were totally unapologetic and unhelpful until I went off on the lady that perhaps as a customer service rep for them she may show a little sympathy to people when this happens. This is an ongoing issue according to HPD. I was also told their truck was available to move in or out, it's only available to for move in it seems. Look elsewhere for a more secure facility!!
