One star deducted because when moving your belongings in or out, you have to either park across the street, or use the street parking located around the perimeter of the building. Take note that they say you can park in front of the door but there is a street sign that says you need a permit. Another star deducted because the place just feels old, the elevator door to the lower level are very slow to close, sounds like it needs grease. I had stuff stolen from my storage unit here. The staff were totally unapologetic and unhelpful until I went off on the lady that perhaps as a customer service rep for them she may show a little sympathy to people when this happens. This is an ongoing issue according to HPD. I was also told their truck was available to move in or out, it's only available to for move in it seems. Look elsewhere for a more secure facility!!
