Just recently got a few units while we are in between houses moving from out of state. Every staff I have spoken with over the phone or in person have been incredibly helpful and accommodating. The units in climate control are just as expected and easy access to get stuff in and out. Hopefully won't need to be here long but if I am, I know I'm in good hands

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and secure. No issues during the time we needed to store stuff before closing on a home. Prices in line with what one would expect. Only thing I didn't care for is mandatory insurance charge when I already pay a boat load for my own insurance, but I suppose that's the new norm for corporate owned self storage any more.
Extra space storage in Castle Rock was a great place for me to store my things after moving. Was impressed at the cleanliness of the facility and outside. There are carts there to help in moving things, and I would definitely recommend this place and communicating with Matt if possible or really anyone. I had a regular unit, and a climate control unit. We needed a storage unit quickly after renting with UHaul and being fraudulently charged (you can look up my review on that matter). This facility is not only closer to our home and more convenient to get to, it is also cheaper and MUCH cleaner than UHaul was. We are thrilled! The rental process was a breeze and moving in required just going to the facility and opening the assigned unit where the key was waiting for us inside. Bryan Smith was very helpful and friendly today on making last minute changes to a unit i secured online two days ago. Bryan was very efficient and knowledgeable on all my rental queries. And I had a lot! He was very patient. I wish more people in management were like Bryan and I hope his parent company division realizes what a great asset he is is. Yes, Bryan was very helpful, and had a winning persality ! You can't go wrong with Bryan. He's an A plus ! My unit is in the Castle Rock, Co. location.

Needed 2 spaces on an urgent basis when we were moving out of state and couldn't fit everything into our U-Haul. Bryan was super amazing at securing us his last 2 spaces and did everything online for us. I was able to reserve, pay for it, and move into it within minutes. Fabulous! And he was super friendly, too. The property is very clean, well maintained, and feels safe. Have no problem being out of state and having them store our belongings until we can get back for them.
Extra Space Storage has been incredibly helpful during our very stressful move. Their online system is very easy to navigate and I love that you can handle your move outs and manage payments right on there. I talked to Bryan everytime I've called and he's helped me with everything every step of the way. He's so friendly and has such a great attitude, I will definitely be back the next time we need storage units!

If I could select more stars I would. The owner Brian helped us out when we had to move out of our apartment early and got us into a unit that day at an excellent price. He's was unbelievably friendly and understanding. The property was clean and we definitely felt safe leaving our stuff there. I used to work for a company that utilized storage facilities across the country and have had so many terrible experiences but I would recommend using this place for them.
