Extra Space Storage was very good to me and my items I had in storage. I had used and rented out one of those climate controlled units 10 x 15 and it was more than enough room. If I tried real hard it probably could use the 10 x 10 however the unit was very very clean. And I finally move my stuff out much later, like nine months. This is a really clean and well-maintained facility and the staff is friendly and helpful. I was in a hurry and set my units up incorrectly. They were very understanding and had me fixed up fast!
I needed a large unit right away and called Bryan who got me set up fast. I was in the unit 3 hours later with an apartment full of stuff.
Only set up the unit. But it was a seamless process. Person who assisted w the reservation was very knowledgeable and all of my questions were answered. Even the hard ones. I’ll update review once I have used the unit after a few months
