BEWARE of these Bait & Switch operators!!! I rented a small storage unit in September of 2021. I moved all of my things in and set up autopay. I thought I was good to go... Until they upped my rent by THIRTY-THREE % after just 90 days!!! Ninety days!!! No warning, No apology- simply said it was "market demand" (even though they still listed "introductory special rates" on their website. Please do not put your stuff in storage with this place. There are many other storage facilities in the area. Bryan the manager and Stephanie the regional manager are very unresponsive as well as unable to answer questions regarding billing. We opened a storage unit two years ago and Bryan was very friendly and personable. We read the reviews on yelp and because the majority were all five star we figured this was the place to use. BEWARE - Three months after we moved in they raised the rent, so if you are shopping price they will get you. Then they said we had to pay $10 in insurance only one time, then they charged us every month. Can you say RIPOFF!
