You guys raised the rent on my storage unit AGAIN without any kind of meaningful notification beforehand. I received a notification dated 6/24 that you'd be raising the rates 6 days later -- considering I didn't even get it in the mail until 7/2, that doesn't count as notification that you're raising the rates. I'm already obligated to pay the July bill without knowing about the rate change. And it went up by more than 12% this time too.
