The office on site is really great. The corporate guys are not so good. They raised my rent a hand full of times while I rented there. I was only there about 2 years. This is the reason that I left, otherwise it was a great location.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I am new to this company. I know that while moving, especially if you need a storage unit, things can be stressful. Omar and the manager Jason at the Clearwater location off 19 and Nursery have gone above and beyond to help me get the correct unit and pricing. They didn't rush me, there were plenty of dollys on the property for me to use, and best of all, when moving units, they made the commute so easy. Walked in and needed a unit for 10 days....guys were great! Got us in a perfect unit quickly, and for cheap! $50 to cover insurance, management fee and lock. Actual rent was free with the first month free promotion. Thanks so much for your help!
Excellent service! Andy and Bill were extremely helpful in finding something to fit my needs. They were also very personable and I quite enjoyed the atmosphere of this office. Everywhere needs employees like these two!
Everything you'd want: spotlessly clean, safe, the always-available dollies make things so much easier, and the staff is cordial & professional. I was new to storage; Candace could not have been more welcoming and helpful! Andy even put on the lock for us. And when we moved in, Sting was singing Roxanne! What more could you ask for, this is 5 stars plus.

Very clean and professional. I really like that they have a bunch of dollies to use, so it's easier to move everything. Also, there are video cameras everywhere, which is nice for safety.
