Easy sign up . Friendly staff . Clean , good price . Was as advertised.used the storage many times would not go any else .

We had a reservation scheduled for today at a 1 person office in Cleawater on 62nd St.. We had spoken with the on site premises and was scheduled to take our Rv over today. However, the 1 person on site person felt ill and had to leave work closing the premises until they open up in the morning.

Used this storage co for over a year. Best storage facility in Clearwater. Property is well maintained and accessible. But the best reason to use this facility is because of their manager Heather!! She is always there to help with any of your needs. Goes above and beyond her duties. Especially helping and advising us old ladies who probably annoyed her more than once with calls and questions. Always pleasant and smiling!! She's a keeper!!

I always use extra space after a nightmare experience with roaches at another storage facility. Extra space's policies for cleanliness and security are awesome. The staff has been helpful and friendly. The pricing is competitive and the hours are convenient.

We stored household items in Extra Space Storage (US 19, Clearwater) from August 2022 to July 2023. The staff, facility, pricing, and service were excellent. We recommend this facility.

A friend of mine needed to move or belongings and downgrade her unit...I was really impressed by the friendliness of Heather...Superior customer service! she was very knowledgeable about the units and property! I highly recommend Extra space storage.

Hey do you have a lot of stuff! Don't you dare think of selling it or giving it to goodwill. You don't have to part with it. Just keep all those material stuff here, in a locker. On average, how long do people have a subscription with a storage center? Beats me! But anyone not practicing minimalist enjoy the extra bill. There's another storage center being build around 7/11... they had to cut about 10-15 trees just to build that center. But hey, it's worth it right?

The office on site is really great. The corporate guys are not so good. They raised my rent a hand full of times while I rented there. I was only there about 2 years. This is the reason that I left, otherwise it was a great location.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I am new to this company. I know that while moving, especially if you need a storage unit, things can be stressful. Omar and the manager Jason at the Clearwater location off 19 and Nursery have gone above and beyond to help me get the correct unit and pricing. They didn't rush me, there were plenty of dollys on the property for me to use, and best of all, when moving units, they made the commute so easy.
