We had a reservation scheduled for today at a 1 person office in Cleawater on 62nd St.. We had spoken with the on site premises and was scheduled to take our Rv over today. However, the 1 person on site person felt ill and had to leave work closing the premises until they open up in the morning.

Used this storage co for over a year. Best storage facility in Clearwater. Property is well maintained and accessible. But the best reason to use this facility is because of their manager Heather!! She is always there to help with any of your needs. Goes above and beyond her duties. Especially helping and advising us old ladies who probably annoyed her more than once with calls and questions. Always pleasant and smiling!! She's a keeper!!

I always use extra space after a nightmare experience with roaches at another storage facility. Extra space's policies for cleanliness and security are awesome. The staff has been helpful and friendly. The pricing is competitive and the hours are convenient.

We stored household items in Extra Space Storage (US 19, Clearwater) from August 2022 to July 2023. The staff, facility, pricing, and service were excellent. We recommend this facility.

Heather was very helpful when we walked in to sign for our unit. She had previously gone and made sure that our unit was clean and ready to be moved into and left the lock for it on the floor of the unit already cut open so that we could easily access the lock. She was very knowledgeable and personable when we were asking her questions about the lease and other things pertaining our unit. I would do business again in the future with this company because of how easy they were to work with and how helpful their staff was.

A friend of mine needed to move or belongings and downgrade her unit...I was really impressed by the friendliness of Heather...Superior customer service! she was very knowledgeable about the units and property! I highly recommend Extra space storage.

Hey do you have a lot of stuff! Don't you dare think of selling it or giving it to goodwill. You don't have to part with it. Just keep all those material stuff here, in a locker. On average, how long do people have a subscription with a storage center? Beats me! But anyone not practicing minimalist enjoy the extra bill. There's another storage center being build around 7/11... they had to cut about 10-15 trees just to build that center. But hey, it's worth it right?
