Nice facility and the manager, Jason, is nice enough. The downside is the corporate pricing policies. First of all, you cannot count on the pricing, if you are looking for a new rental. The price on the website can and does change daily by as much as 10 or 20%. So, if you find that they have an "introductory" price that works for you today, you MUST get the space reserved or get the price in writing. BAD Management....2 GATES....BOTH out on a Sunday morning....no one helped us resolve our problem!!!!! No one cared.... that we had movers paid by the hour...a rental truck loaded and a vacate date (to turn in keys) and no way into this faciity...... The rental truck had to be unloaded and returned. Movers had to be paid...lots of money out of our pocket.....we had to go back and rerent truck monday, hire movers again.... This Manager told me he had screaming, volgar, mean messages from 1/2 dozen tenants, but we were nice...... read more
