I was very impressed with the customer service , I got to the facility during a lunch break and was gladly waiting, the gentleman seen me and called me to in to show me around and discuss my options. From the beginning of speaking to an operator online to coming in and working with an actual person it was first rate .
My dealings with the staff was incredible very helpful very nice better-than-expected
Daniel at the location in Santa Maria is extremely helpful and goes over and beyond to satisfy your storage experience. I felt very safe and the price was unbeatable!
Every step in renting our unit with Extra Space was enjoyable. The entire storage lot and units are immaculate and easy to access. The hours for access are extraordinary; the security is sound. Daniel was a valuable representative to show units, answer our questions, and assist us with locating storage and internet contact. We really appreciate him.

Daniel was so friendly and helpful. Everything was exactly as they told me it would be, and they had many size options to choose from. I particularly appreciated the "first month free" special. This company is doing it right!
