it started out great when I signed up with Daniel. I was not notified when they did a rent increase. I decided to empty my storage because I could not afford paying almost double. When I asked about a refund, I was told they don't do that. When we first signed up, we were asked if it would be long-term, we said yes. We were under the impression our rep (who was very nice!!) gave us the best program for long term. A couple months later, we noticed our bill went up about 10%. We contacted our local rep who told us that corporate changes the rates without them knowing. He gave us a credit for the difference then a month later it went back to the higher price. Just recently we got notice of another increase, which is an additional 20%. While this facility seems clean and well run, there is an issue that you need to be aware of. The key pad is behind two yellow post, obviously to protect it from truck mirrors, etc. The problem is the key pad is SO FAR behind I have to stretch as far as I can, reach between the posts, where I can just barely touch the keypad with my fingertips. BTW, I am 6 foot tall and drive a mid size car. Anyone shorter, or in a smaller car, cannot operate the keypad. I have seen and talked to many people who have to stop their car, ... read more
